Quality Control
Job Location: Henstridge, Somerset (Henstridge Airfield) – you will also on occasion be working from Shaftesbury
Job Type: Temporary – Ongoing, long-term
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour / £525 - £600 per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am – 1pm
We are working with a client in the Henstridge Airfield area who is currently looking to recruit for a Quality Controller.
This role will be to check the finished product is scratch free, all parts are as per drawings, assembled correctly and undertaking functional testing.
This role is on a long-term temporary basis.
You will be based in Henstridge (Henstridge Airfield) though may be required to work from another site in Shaftesbury.
Within this role you will be;
• Undertaking visual quality inspection
• Finished product checks including plugging in, switching on and checking product is in working order
• May require you to do some basic assembly
Person requirements to apply for this position:
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work and read drawings
• Good communication skills
This role could suit those who have worked in assembly, fitting, manufacturing or engineering.
