Children’s Residential Support Worker
£12.55 – £14.00 per hour
Location: Shrewsbury and Surrounding Areas
We are recruiting passionate and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in residential and supported living settings.
You will be working with children who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where they can grow and achieve positive outcomes.
What we offer:

- Full day shifts with sleep-ins
- Waking night shifts available
- Flexible shift patterns
- Earn over £250.00 for one full day shift with a sleep-in
Your role will include:
- Supporting young people with daily routines and activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Providing consistent, compassionate care
- Working as part of a supportive team
Requirements:
- Must be a driver with a full UK Licence
- Must have a minimum of 6 months UK experience working with Children
