Crynodeb
Steelcraft, a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural steel products, is looking for a Sales Estimator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. We supply railings, gates, balconies, balustrades, handrails, sheet metalwork, and industrial fabrications across the North East and nationally via our e-commerce brand, Forjj.
What you’ll do:
Prepare accurate costings and quotations from tender drawings.
Liaise with clients to clarify tender queries.
Attend occasional site surveys and pre-contract meetings.
Build and maintain customer relationships while developing new business.
Support the growth of our e-commerce product range.
Track sales performance and contribute to strategic planning.
You’ll need:
Previous sales or estimating experience (construction, fabrication, or manufacturing advantageous).
Strong computer skills, especially spreadsheets.
Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to read architectural/construction drawings is a plus.
Full, clean driving licence desirable.
