Summary


The postholder will support the in-patient service line managers in the day to day administration of the safe care and rostering systems. They will work closely with managers to ensure that wards are safely staffed and that the electronic systems accurately reflect the needs of the wards and that appropriately skilled staff are available. The postholder will utilise a variety of Microsoft systems eg excel, word to provide data and information to managers to support the achievement of key performance indicators

The post holder will also utilize the Microsoft Office software suite e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word. To assistintheprovisionofaserviceinordertoassistmanagersinensuring safe and appropriate staffing levels are maintained across the site. Tomaintainanoverviewofthestaffingofwards,bycollatingtheinformationprovidedby wards to compile a master duty sheet utilising the electronic-roster system and excel. Toassistinthecollectionofdatainordertoprovidemonthlyperformancereportsforsenior managers, including use of additional hours, training updates, annual leave, special leave. Work closely with the Ward Managers, Matrons and Clinical Service Managers to ensure an accurate service view offthe daily staffing is readily available.Identify any potentialstaffing deficits thatmayhaveapotentialnegativeimpactuponservicedeliveryandalertseniormanagers.
