Summary
Fredricks Hotel & Spa are looking for a Head chef to join our team
The Hotel has 34 Bedrooms, A 40 seater Restaurant, bar, private dining room for up to 20 people and function space for up to 100 people as well as a Spa with Gym, Pool, Steam Room and Sauna
The postion is a working Head chef,working with a small estabished team of chefs and kitchen porters
The Hotel is 4 star and we cater for a diverse range of clients including Weddings, corporate guests, Funerals and conferences
