What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing and delivering adaptive, research-informed SEN lessons
• Shaping and tracking bespoke learning journeys for high-needs pupils
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies
• Leading small group and 1:1 interventions using cutting-edge resources
• Providing robust classroom structure with creative freedom
• Building partnerships with families to ensure holistic progress
• Embedding inclusive practices school-wide and supporting colleagues

Ideal "SEN Teacher" for this City of London School:
• UK-qualified teacher (QTS essential) with proven SEN classroom impact
• Track record of Good or Outstanding references
• ECTs welcome if driven, resilient, and passionate about SEN
• Experience with differentiating for ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or SLD
