Painter Prepper
Location: Kenilworth

Are you an experienced Painter Prepper looking to take the next step in your career? As a key part of the bodyshop team based in Kenilworth, you will play an essential role in preparing vehicles to an outstanding standard, ensuring every repair is completed efficiently, safely, and to a finish the customer can be proud of.

Our client is continuing to grow and invest in their facilities, offering a clean, modern working environment and the chance to work alongside skilled Paint Technicians, Panel Technicians, and Bodyshop professionals. Painter Prepper Responsibilities
• Prepare vehicle panels by sanding, masking, and priming for paintwork.
• Apply filler and smooth surfaces to a high standard.
• Polish and buff painted areas to achieve a flawless finish.
• Inspect prepped areas for imperfections and correct as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Paint Technicians and other team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Painter Prepper Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar vehicle preparation role.
• Strong skills in sanding, masking, and priming techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
