Summary
Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday to Friday, with a rotating shift pattern; week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, week 2: 12:30-20:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota (Day off in the week)
Salary: £39,715 Basic + Bonus (OTE £50,000+)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s commercial dealership in Swindon. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles makes and models.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- You will need to have experience as a vehicle mechanic and a relevant and up to date Level 3 qualification.
- You will be a person who takes great pride in your work.
- You will have incredible attention to detail and an eye for spotting things others cannot.
- You will need a full valid UK driving licence.
- A stocked toolbox that you can use for work.
