After thirteen years of successful leadership, our founding Headteacher will be leaving Alma Primary at the end of this academic year.
Alma Primary is a warm, values‑driven Jewish school where children are nurtured to become imaginative, caring and engaged learners. We are now seeking an inspiring leader to build on the strong foundations in place and guide Alma Primary into its next chapter.

• Is an experienced school leader with a proven impact on outcomes;
• Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice;
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills;
• Can inspire, motivate, and support staff and pupils;
• Works effectively in partnership with governors, parents, and the community;
• Demonstrates a commitment to the school's ethos.
