Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Be enthusiastic about teaching and learning, making it engaging and practical
• Have excellent classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
• Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum, particularly using our great outdoor space
• Have high expectations for themselves and their children to ensure that they all achieve their very best
• Possess a positive outlook and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our school
• Good knowledge of teaching Phonics
