Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Priory Witham Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisor to join a school that makes a genuine difference to its students and supports its staff to achieve their individual goals. We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor who will cover lessons within the Academy as part of PPA time or staff absence. The Academy is an ‘all through school’ and in addition to cover, the appointed candidate will provide classroom support in KS3&4 and have a good working knowledge and recent experience of lesson delivery, adapting to academy needs and working with pupils.

The successful applicant will be flexible, organised and IT literate. It is essential that they are able to use their initiative and have strong inter-personal skills to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
