Summary

Talent Resourcing Partner

Location: Belfast (Onsite, Monday-Friday)

Salary: Competitive (plus flexible benefits)

About the Role

Guidant Global is expanding our delivery capability for one of our largest and most exciting accounts - Airbus - and we're looking for a driven, consultative, and highly organised recruiter to join us onsite in Belfast.

As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting a major programme of growth (200-400 contingent hires over the next 18 months). You'll own relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, candidates, and internal teams, delivering an exceptional recruitment experience while managing both blue and white collar vacancies across a complex and fast‑moving environment.

This isn't a transactional role - it's an opportunity to embed yourself as a trusted expert, shape hiring outcomes, drive recruitment campaigns, and support a high-profile aerospace client at a critical point of expansion.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering world-class recruitment service

  • Provide a highly engaging, professional, and consultative end‑to‑end recruitment service in line with client KPIs and SLA expectations.

  • Act as a true recruitment partner, offering market intelligence, salary and route-to‑market guidance, and external insight.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure full vacancy qualification and accurate forecasting of hiring needs.

Stakeholder & supplier management

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and on-site client stakeholders.

  • Manage supplier engagement, feedback loops, and performance to ensure the best contingent talent is consistently delivered.

  • Support client service reviews and contribute to QBRs with accurate data and insights.

Operational excellence & compliance

  • Ensure all screening, vetting, and onboarding checks are completed prior to placement.

  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and support management reporting for the client.

  • Uphold health & safety, legal, and compliance obligations, always operating with integrity and professionalism.

What You'll Bring:

Essential

  • Experience in MSP or RPO recruitment environments.

  • Proven experience managing complex accounts or high‑volume programmes.

  • Strong supplier management capability and confident relationship-building across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver at pace in a dynamic blue collar environment.

  • A naturally consultative approach - able to advise, influence, challenge, and build trust quickly.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within Manufacturing, Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, Defence, or Production environments.

  • Exposure to large-scale go-lives or project ramp‑ups.

  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce processes and compliance requirements.
