Summary
Murphy is recruiting for a Resourcer to work with our internal recruitment team based at Golborne.
We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team initially on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the view to going permanent. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Murphy.
A day in the life of a Murphy Resourcer
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for volume roles across white collar roles
- Screen CV’s and conduct initial candidate qualification calls
- Working closely with the Resourcing Business Partners to understand role requirements
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages

- 2-3 years recruitment agency experience
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing
- Familiarity with ATS systems, CV Databases and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
