Summary
A leading telecommunications organisation is currently seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join their Organisation Effectiveness function, supporting a major digital transformation programme. This role will play a key part in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, headcount modelling, and programme-wide PMO oversight.
Job Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: initially until 31/03/2026, view to extend after budgets renew
- Rate: £525pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Location: London
- Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Analyst, ideally within large-scale organisational or digital transformation environments.
- Strong analytical capability, comfortable working with numbers, data, modelling, reporting and resource management
- Experience supporting strategic roadmaps, organisational transitions, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with Finance Business Partners, People Analytics teams, and senior business stakeholders.
- Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI experience preferred.
- Telecommunications experience is highly desirable.
