We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven property data assistant to support our Asset Management team on a short-term secondment. In this role, you’ll help manage a backlog of stock condition survey data, playing a key part in improving the accuracy and integrity of our asset database.
Your work will directly support more reliable data reporting and help ensure that the property data we rely on for decision-making is current, consistent, and well maintained.
You’ll be processing a high volume of survey data and maintaining accurate records in our systems, supporting the delivery of key insight and analysis across our housing stock.
This role is available as a secondment until 31st August 2026. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required.
