Perhaps we are the future you are looking for too?We are seeking a highly organised, creatively driven Campaign & Content Lead to play a central role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives across both ZX Lidars and ZX Measurement Services. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, strategic thinking, and technical curiosity will directly contribute to the success of our marketing activity. Working within a clearly defined marketing strategy, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results. From conceptualising compelling content to managing end-to-end campaign delivery, you will ensure our messaging is consistent, engaging, and impactful across a variety of channels and audiences.This role is perfect for a proactive marketer with in-house experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with performance, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. While this role does not include people management, it offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development through hands-on experience in content creation, campaign planning, and cross-channel marketing strategy.The ideal candidate will have proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, creating compelling content that connects with diverse audiences, and turning marketing strategy into measurable results. You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving on ownership, creativity, and making a real impact. While a technical interest is a plus, it is not essential.This is a permanent, full-time role working 35 hours per week, based at our modern, purpose-built facility in Willow End (Blackmore Park Road, Welland, Malvern WR13 6BD).
