Summary
Hours: Part Time, 26.25 Hours per week, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday) 9am-3.15pmSalary: Hay 9 (£18,026 - £19,565 per annum, permanent)We are looking to appoint a dynamic Teaching Partner (Teaching Assistant) to support and join our fantastic team of staff and pupils. The Teaching Partner needs to be flexible to work in year groups across the school, although they will be working in KS1 initially.
We are looking for someone with:
• An excellent knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum and experience of working with pupils;
• An excellent knowledge of SEND, in particular, Autism, speech and language and behaviour;
• Flexibility and versatility to support all pupils within the team;
• Enthusiasm and resilience that will result in the pupil’s needs being prioritised;
• The ability to use their initiative and adapt their practice as necessary;
• High expectations for all pupils and an ability to motivate and inspire confidence in pupils;
• Ability to take responsibility for their own professional development.
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible.
