Thanet Primary School is looking to appoint a full-time member of the administration team. This post reports directly to the Executive SBM.
Contract and Salary DetailsContract: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus five training days (195 days)
Grade: 3, Scp 3-5, £21,394 - £22,073 per annum (actual salary)
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
Assist with pupil first aid/welfare duties, looking after sick pupils, liaising with parents/staff
Provide general clerical/admin support
Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
Undertake typing and word-processing and other IT based tasks
