  • Building strong partnerships with statutory and community organisations.

  • Driving continuous improvement across the service.

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience within housing or supported accommodation services.

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and trauma.

  • Previous leadership experience (Senior Support Worker or Team Manager level).

  • Confidence managing risk, safeguarding, and support planning.

  • Experience working alongside statutory agencies and multi-agency partners.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

  • A values-driven leader who promotes dignity, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People / Residential Childcare)

What's in It for You?

  • 25 days' annual leave

  • Flexible benefits package (healthcare, dental, retail discounts)

  • 4x Life Assurance

  • Up to 10% pension contribution

  • Funded professional development & apprenticeships
