Summary
Key Responsibilities Support the Property Manager in day-to-day estate management activities. Assist with property inspections, surveys, and schedules of condition. Maintain and update property and tenancy data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Contribute to the management of leases, licences, and other property-related legal documentation. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate property services. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Strong organisational and analytical skills. An understanding of property management processes and estate operations. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
