Summary

Join us as we grow the Browne Training Academy and shape the future of learning across our organisation.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people‑focused individual to join our Learning & Organisational Development team as an L&D Advisor Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of the Browne Training Academy while gaining hands‑on experience across the full learning cycle.

In this role, you’ll help design, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of corporate learning initiatives. You’ll support leadership development, contribute to talent and organisational development programmes, and play a key role in compliance and mandatory training across the business. You’ll work closely with managers, teams, and subcontractors to understand training needs, assist with workshop delivery, maintain accurate training records, and help gather and analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement.

As part of your development, you’ll study for a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Organisational Learning & Development, fully funded and supported—giving you a strong foundation for a long‑term career in the L&D profession.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely fascinated by how people learn whether that’s psychology, neuroscience, or simply a healthy curiosity about what makes learning click. If you enjoy exploring how the brain works (even just a little), are motivated to grow your own skills, and feel comfortable working with people at all levels, we’d love to meet you.

You will:

  • Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above,
  • Be ready to commit to completing the CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Be enthusiastic about continuous professional development.

If you’re passionate about helping people grow and want to kick‑start a rewarding career in Learning & Development, we’d love to welcome you to the team. This is your chance to learn, develop, and make a real impact—come and be part of something exciting.

You will be required to attend the office in Apsley at least 3 times a week.

First stage interviews will take place week commencing 9 March, second stage interviews will take place week commencing 16 March.
