We are recruiting a compassionate Learning Support Worker to support students with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing school/college environment in Lingfield.
Your role will involve:

Supporting learners academically and emotionally

Encouraging confidence and independence

Assisting with personal care where required

Working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials
