Summary

Opportunity Overview

The Customer Service Assistant plays a pivotal role at the heart of the School, acting as the front-facing presence and first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and external guests, via the schools main reception desk. This is a highly visible role that helps shape first impressions and day-to-day experiences across the School.

Working on the Frederick Road Campus, the postholder will provide a friendly, professional and responsive front-of-house service, supporting students with confidence and care, signposting them to the right services, and helping to create a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role is ideally suited to someone with a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.

Beyond reception duties, the Customer Service Assistant will support a range of key operational activities, including managing stationery and consumables, handling deliveries and post room operations, and ensuring student-facing spaces (such as common rooms) are well maintained and appropriately stocked. The role also provides flexible support to wider School operations as needed.
