Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
-
Experience in youth work, housing, education, or similar fields (transferable skills welcomed!).

Safeguarding knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 3 in a related field
-
Up to 25 days' annual leave
-
Flexible benefits package (healthcare, dental, retail discounts)
-
4x life assurance

Up to 10% pension contribution
-
Funded training, professional development & apprenticeships
-
Two paid volunteering days per year
-
A supportive, inclusive team culture
This is a fully onsite role requiring flexibility to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, nights, and bank holidays as part of a rota.
We're reviewing applications and interviewing weekly, apply today and make a real difference.
