Day shift
Due to rural location own transport is essential
A permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to assist in Picking. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Warehouse Picker will be involved in:
Pick correct stock and quantity, documenting picker name, number of parcels / items etc.
Be aware of special customer requirements to ensure accuracy.
Pack goods into appropriately sized cartons to reduce damage and costs.
Ensure stock is located in correct bin and report any missing products.
Accuracy & attention to detail is essential, as well as this, the Warehouse Picker will need:
Experience in a similar role picking products and working safely with manual handling.
Good attention to detail, numeracy and IT skills.
Good communication skills.
Enthusiastic, approachable, polite and helpful manner.
As well as a salary of £26,932.49 which increases to £28,288.65 on completion of probation, the Warehouse Picker can expect:
29 days holiday increasing to 33 in 5 years.
7.30am-4.30pm Mon – Thurs and 7.30am to 4.00pm on Friday.
