Summary

Contract Hours: up to 30 hrs plus sleepovers
Shifts: Shift patterns will include long day sleepover shifts and waking nights
Essential for this job:
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car.
Flexibility to do waking nights when necessary
Imogen is an exceptionally bright, independent young women who lives in her own home. She is very sociable, enjoys evenings out at the local social club or pub, occasionally onto a nightclub. Imogen values family and enjoys spending time with them regularly.
Imogen has many interests, she particularly likes socialising, thrill rides, theme parks and fairgrounds. She loves activities such as escape rooms or visiting attractions. Imogen likes to get out of Plymouth and see new places, sometimes independently, other times with her support team. Her favourite adventures are short breaks at Thorpe park or a stay at a nice UK holiday park.
Imogen also likes her relaxing days at home. During these times Imogen enjoys watching crime documentaries, games on her phone and keeping up with social media and news. She very much likes listening to music and doing creative things such as Lego or small model building.
At times Imogen can be a bit of a night owl, choosing to stay up later and wake later. Imogen has a great sense of humour and loves to have a laugh with her team. She very much enjoys sharing her knowledge, ideas and successes with her team. She likes people to learn something new from her. Imogen requires her support team to be patient, understanding, flexible, resilient and committed. At times, Imogen may engage with behaviours that are risky, she needs to be confident that her staff can remain calm and supportive during these challenges.
