Duties
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing and social media management.
* Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all marketing initiatives are completed on schedule.
* Conduct research to understand target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
* Oversee the production of promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
* From time to time help support operations in processing orders and customer service.
Experience
* Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on email marketing and social media management.
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* A background in IT or technology-related fields is advantageous but not essential.
