Are you an experienced and organised professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders? We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to the Directors to play a key role in enabling efficient decision-making and executive operations across the business.
The RoleYou'll be an essential part of the leadership team, providing high-level administrative support to our Directors. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and delivers with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors, including diary management, travel planning and expense coordination.
• Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations and board packs.
• Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate meetings, minute taking and action tracking for executive forums and leadership teams.
• Support key projects and communications on behalf of the Directors.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Assist with organisational tasks to streamline executive workflows and enhance productivity.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, professional documents.
• Ability to prioritise and work autonomously while managing competing deadlines.
