Summary
Communication To provide effective communication to patients about their condition and treatment this may require persuasion, motivation and reassuring skills. To communicate accurate and sensitive information to patients and carers, taking into consideration relevant factors such as background, culture, gender, age and any physical, sensory or learning difficulties.
