Summary
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic, professional, and operational leadership for Therapy Services within Active Neuro. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing MDT, fostering clinical excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Maintain a specialist clinical caseload (25%), modelling advanced neurorehabilitation practice. Oversee pre-admission assessments and rehabilitation pathways, ensuring timely, outcome-focused decision-making. Drive a culture that embraces advanced rehabilitation technologies, including robotics, exoskeletons, and anti-gravity treadmills. Use outcome data and UKROC reporting to optimise pathways, demonstrate clinical impact, and support service sustainability. Work closely with insurers, commissioners, and external stakeholders, providing expert clinical insight. Lead on quality, governance, and audit activity, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and patient-centred care.
