A well-established and reputable main dealer group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to join a stable, high-performing business, offering strong earning potential, structured manufacturer training, and long-term career progression.
Responsibilities
• Acting as the main point of contact for service and repair customers
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and warranty work
• Advising customers on required and recommended work
• Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Managing queries and resolving issues professionally
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident IT and administrative ability
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A professional and team-oriented approach
• Full UK driving licence preferred
Salary and Benefits
• Basic salary: £28,000–£30,000 (negotiable)
• Uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
