What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Confidence working within ratio and maintaining records
What You’ll Do
- Provide consistent care for babies in line with EYFS requirements
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Complete observations and maintain accurate development records
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene procedures
- Work with room leaders to maintain ratios and daily routines
- Communicate clearly with parents at drop-off and collection
