Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Loaders to join our collections team. As a Loader, you will play a vital role in ensuring waste and recycling collections are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collect waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties
Assist the driver in completing daily routes on schedule
Handle bins, bags, and containers safely and efficiently
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and the public
Report any issues or hazards to the driver or supervisor
Requirements
Good level of physical fitness (role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather)
Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours if required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
