We are looking for caring and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our London team. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of adults within their own homes, supporting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
As a Health Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Assisting with Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
Continence Management
Catheter Care and Stoma Care
Supporting individuals with Dementia Care
Supporting adults aged 65+ and individuals with Physical Disabilities
Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities
Providing support in Palliative Care
Managing behaviours that challenge
Assisting with safe handling and administration of medicines
Safeguarding vulnerable adults
Supporting with moving & handling of people
Food preparation and maintaining nutrition & hydration
Maintaining professional boundaries
Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements
Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Right to Work in the UK
A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
Good communication skills
Previous experience in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential
Full training will be provided
