Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our growing team in London. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable adults within the community.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include (but is not limited to):

Providing high-quality personal care

Continence management

Catheter care

Stoma care

Supporting individuals with dementia care

Delivering care to adults aged 65+

Supporting individuals with physical disabilities

Supporting individuals with learning disabilities

Assisting with palliative care

Managing behaviours that challenge

Supporting person-centred care planning

Safe handling and administration of medicines

Maintaining professional boundaries

Safeguarding vulnerable adults

Food safety and meal preparation

Moving and handling of people

Basic Life Support awareness and response

You will work closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, dignified, and respectful care delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential.

Full training in Health & Social Care will be provided.

Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Right to work in the UK.

Good communication skills.

Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
