Summary
To oversee day-to-day running of the Friends shop(s) and trolley shop(s) To create a welcoming professional atmosphere and deliverhigh standardsof customer services for patients,carers and staff. To deliver efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the trading outlets. To oversee, setand manage the work of volunteersensuring thatall relevant policies, shopstandards and operating procedures areadhered to andcommunicated effectively to allvolunteers. To ensure that the shop(s) is presented to the highest standards with attractive visual merchandising and attractive window displays. To work withMedirest toensurethat theshop(s)is always clean and tidy. To complete all shop administration to the highest standard, accurately and on time, always adhering to relevant policy and procedures. To share ideas and suggestions on how to improveoperating model(s)with the Charity Managerincluding using the Kings Improvement Method To support development and growth activities ofthe Friends To contribute to implementation of the Friends membership model by actively promoting the offer to customers. To actively pursue feedback from customers to inform development of the operating model, stock provision, trading outlets and shop(s) space including attending the King's Bazaar whenrequired. To support development ofnew partnerships with individuals, donors,communities,organisationsand businesses by actively signposting interested parties to the Charity Managers.
