Summary
Key duties and responsibilities Lead the Trusts staff wellbeing, staff experience and occupational health agenda, ensuring integrated, high quality and responsive services Develop and deliver strategies and programmes that improve staff health, engagement, experience and attendance Provide expert advice to executive and senior leaders on workforce wellbeing, culture and occupational health Lead, develop and support internal teams to deliver an inclusive, high performing service Manage and optimise external contracts, ensuring quality, performance and value for money Use workforce data, insight and staff feedback to set priorities and drive continuous improvement Work collaboratively across the Trust to embed preventative, supportive and values led ways of working Key relationships Associate Director of People and Chief People Officer Senior HR and OD leadership team Occupational Health clinicians and service providers Staff wellbeing, staff experience and engagement leads Executive and senior operational leaders Trade unions and staff networks System partners and external wellbeing and occupational health providers
