Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Uppingham area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations. The chef is looking for a chef with strong pastry skills as you will run that section.

The Role
• Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and weddings/celebrations
• Pastry Background essential as you will run that section
The Person
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard Kitchens
• Positive Personality and pro active work skills
