Position: Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation Installer
Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 OTE - Paid to and from work when in the company van


Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday)


Driving Required: Yes

Key Responsibilities:



Install cavity wall and loft insulation with precision and care.

Conduct pre-installation checks to ensure all requirements are met.

Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.

Problem-solve on the go, addressing challenges with a positive attitude.

Maintain excellent customer relations through effective communication.


Preferable Qualifications and Skills:



Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Insulation and Building Treatments (Cold/Warm Roof & Cavity Wall Insulation).

Gas ACOP certification and a valid CSCS card.

Excellent customer care and time management skills.

The ability to read and understand risk assessments, installation regulations, and drilling sequences.

Strong skills in re-pointing drilled holes and color-matching to a high standard.

A thorough understanding of gas safety and ventilation requirements.
