Summary
Maths Teacher – Lytham St Annes
Humly is recruiting a Maths Teacher to join a secondary school on a long-term basis.
This is a full-time role starting 23 February 2026 and continuing until 17 July 2026. This role would suit a confident and enthusiastic practitioner who can engage pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 and contribute positively to a supportive Maths department.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and prepare engaging and challenging learning activities
Support pupils to build confidence, fluency, and problem-solving skills
Monitor and assess pupil progress and provide feedback
Contribute to the wider Maths team and departmental initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to establish positive routines and motivate pupils
Commitment to supporting the wider school community
Pay
Paid to scale from day one: £168.80 – £232.57 per day (M1 – M6)

Enhanced DBS required (Humly can support with an Enhanced DBS at a cost to the educator)
