Are you an Operations Manager with a drive for sustainable office estates? Are you experienced in property management and contract management? If so, this might be the next role for you!

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager, who will lead and manage the operational delivery of our Corporate and Regional Office Estates with a remit covering health and safety, office estates and sustainability for sportscotland.

As the Operations Manager you will ensure the provision of a high quality, fit for purpose, sustainable office environment for sportscotland staff and partners within a range of sites across Scotland. You will work closely with the Head of Human Resources to bridge the gap between operational delivery and strategic direction.

You will be responsible for all property management so should be experienced in contract management and stakeholder engagement and have knowledge of building regulations and asset management systems and software.

We are looking for someone with working knowledge of office estates and facilities management, with relevant training or development including project management.
