Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair on plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a range of settings, ensuring swift resolution of problems.
Collaborate with other tradesmen to execute multi-skilled engineering tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs conducted.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Install and replace plumbing fixtures and components as required.
Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements based on assessments.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer with a focus on plumbing.
Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds).
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
