Summary
We are looking for a fun, dedicated, enthusiastic, experienced professional, level 3 practitioner, who is wanting to make a difference in the lives of young children.

The main ethos of the nursery is to provide high quality childcare and education in a home from home environment.
What we are looking for:
• A full Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare
• Recent experience in working as a nursery nurse implementing the EYFS and safeguarding policies
• Have experience working with a Keyworker system, keep track of children’s development through assessing and tracking.
• Have a vast knowledge of children’s development with the ability to support and work with their next steps.
• Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to childcare, with the focus being the child’s development and wellbeing.
• Someone who can have fun and doesn’t mind looking a little bit silly
Key responsibilities
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Act as a keyworker, carrying out observations and assessments, linking them effectively to the EYFS
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• To ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are always met
• Maintain high standards of health and safety within the nursery environment
We required before you start:
• A clear and up to date enhanced DBS check is required before the start date.
• Two satisfactory references, including one from your most recent employer (both before start date)
Working Hours
Shift are worked Monday- Friday working alternate weeks of 8.00am until 4.00pm or 10.00am until 6.00pm

Pay: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour depending on age
Expected hours: TBC
