Summary
We have a new vacancy available temp to perm!
Located : South Normanton
Shifts : 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm (rotating weekly
Pay : Day shifts £12.54
Afternoon shifts £14.42
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive a Powered Pallet Truck (rider or walkie) to move, load, and unload goods, often within a distribution environment.
Stock Handling: Move pallets from loading bays to storage areas, and vice versa.
Warehouse Operations: Assist with order picking, scanning, and tracking stock using warehouse management systems.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct mandatory pre-use vehicle inspections, report faults promptly, and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
General Duties: Re-stack pallets, maintain cleanliness of work areas, and ensure stock is correctly organized.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Licensing: Valid external or in-house PPT license/certification is usually required

Experience: Previous experience operating MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) like LLOP or PPT is preferred, typically 6 months to 1 year.
