Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week or Part-Time - Weekends Only (15 hours per week) in Southampton (SO14)

You'll be supporting six wonderful people in their home — three gentlemen and three ladies aged between their late 40s and 70s. Each person has their own personality, routines, and interests, and your role is to help them live the life they choose.
What your days may include- Encouraging and supporting with household tasks
- Getting involved in the activities they love — from trips to pubs and cafés, to beach days, gardening, and more
- Supporting one gentleman's passion for trains, and another's love of Harry Potter (fancy a trip to the Hogwarts Express?)
- Helping people maintain relationships with friends and family
- Supporting them to go on holidays in the future
- Providing personal care with dignity and encouragement (bathing, showering, toileting, shaving)
- Feeling confident using wheelchairs and supporting people out in the community
- Understanding and responding compassionately to people who may sometimes display behaviours of distress
You'll be joining a team that truly cares — about the people we support and about each other.
Shift PatternsA variety of shifts are available, including:
- 7:30am - 3:00pm
- 10:30am - 6:00pm
- 2:30pm - 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends
