We're also incredibly proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work for the 7th year in a row (2025). When we say we invest in our teams, we mean it.
About the Role
You'll be joining a warm, welcoming residential home supporting seven adults with Learning Disabilities. No two days look the same, and that's part of what makes this role so rewarding.
You'll support people to:

- Enjoy community activities like bowling, theatre trips, days out at the zoo, and more
- Take part in fun at-home activities such as board games, movies, and shared meals
- Build confidence and independence through daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
This role also includes regular personal care, delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion.
About You

- Kind, patient, and genuinely motivated to make a difference
- Able to work confidently as part of a team and independently
- Happy to get involved, be active, and bring positive energy to the home
- A driver — preferred but not essential
Experience in social care is welcome, but not required. What matters most is your attitude, your values, and your willingness to learn.
