Sports Coach/PE Instructor
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Sports Coach to join a school in Farnborough, where you will be working with an experienced and supportive team, assisting with PE/Outdoor Education lessons and supporting students on a One to One basis in the classroom on a full time basis - this is a great opportunities for a Graduate or someone looking to start a career within the Education sector.
The School is a maintained community special school for pupils aged between 10 and 16 who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school serves a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including; Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC); Attention Deficit, (Hyperactivity) Disorder AD(H)D; Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN); Opposition Defiance Disorder (ODD) and Attachment/Conduct disorders.
You will preferably have a background working with young people and will be on hand to help students achieve learning and behaviour targets.

- Type of work - Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Support
- Contract or position start date - ASAP
- Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Ongoing
- Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temp to Perm
- Full time/part time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - £125 per day
- Hours - 8:30 am - 15.30pm
Experience, Training and Qualifications
- Degree (not essential but preferable)
- Minimum 1 year experience working with young people
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (we can offer this if not)
Eligibility
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
