Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Years SEN Support Tutor to support a 4‑year‑old pupil within a school setting in the BH21 area. This is a mornings‑based role, approximately 10 hours per week, starting ASAP.

You'll be providing 1:1 support, helping this young learner engage positively with their Early Years education and reach their full potential.
- Planning and delivering engaging sessions tailored to Early Years needs.
- Supporting emotional regulation, engagement and confidence.
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording progress.
- Providing weekly progress updates.
- Recording attendance accurately.
- Bringing a calm, fair and adaptable approach to daily challenges.
- Creating a nurturing and safe learning environment.
- Warm, caring, patient and understanding.
- Strong grasp of the Early Years Framework and child development.
- Organised, creative and dependable.
- Confident working with young learners with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
- At least 1 year of experience working in UK schools (ESSENTIAL).

- Location: BH21 Area (school‑based)
- Hours: Mornings - approx. 10 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Ongoing
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced Child Barred List DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
- Recent safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake)
- Relevant references on request
