Summary

As an Admin Assistant, you will be reporting into the Office Manager, responsible for the administration of the customer details, payments and reporting function.

As a background to the role, our client currently has 8 companies in total that you will be working within. These range in size so it will be a varied role.

They are happy to show/teach the specific ways they want tasks completed, for example :-

Order Processing
Financial Details
Document and Report Creation

Full training will be given and the candidate will be working under a manager/supervisor so all work will be checked prior to submission. This person would be aiding in the preparation of the above.

No official bookkeeping qualifications are required but a good working knowledge of both Sage 50 and MS Excel would be ideal as they are used on a daily basis.
