The Role
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Trainee Welding Fabricator / Fitter Engineer to join our small and successful team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.

You will assist senior engineers with a variety of projects while developing practical, hands-on skills across multiple areas of fabrication and fitting. The role is varied and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a specialist and creative industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting senior engineers with fabrication and fitting projects
• Supporting the manufacture of theatre installations
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on theatre equipment
• Completing day-to-day workshop tasks
• Learning and applying welding and engineering techniques

About You
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to work hard and learn new skills
• Reliable and committed
• Good understanding of Maths and English
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required

No formal qualifications are required, but a practical mindset and eagerness to learn are essential.
